re: Cromesquis or Kromeskies

Good Afternoon. In the Uk countries (I think Nottingham is where ROBIN HOOD) Camped-out in Merry Ole England, they refer to this recipe as "CROMESQUIS". I have 2 recipes for this a simple one & a long winded one. The long winded one has a choice of diced meat stuff in it, mushrooms, bacon, whipping cream, oil for frying & even egg whites for meringue. OR.... a simple one made of ground beef, mashed potatoes, bacon, milk, & oil for frying.
