ISO: Kromenskies or Kromenskys

Misc.
It is mince beef and then wrapped in bacon and dipped in batter.
It's what goes with the munce beef that I'm trying to find. Last made in the 70's learnt recipe at school in the late 50's. Can anyone help please.
