Misc.I don't seem to have a problem with the pectin dissolving. For powdered pectin, it is added to the fruit or juice in the beginning. Stir as well as you can to mix. Then, heat to boiling, and just be sure to stir constantly. Add the sugar, and again bring to a boil, boil for one minute, (or the lenght of time given in the package directions).
I only buy powdered pectin as the liquid is so expensive.
