My French dates from almost 40 years ago, but I think the sense is that, if you register, they will send you an email or call you when a Sauce Master (in French, a Maitre Sauces) is available for purchase. You can choose to set a limit on what you would be willing to pay, OR you can choose NO limit. I've registered, even though I am missing only the stirring stem which, I guess, was lost in my move from Florida to Mexico.
