Thanks, Christel. I shall try the web site you suggested. Yes, the company was a French company, but they used to have a San Francisco address and phone number which is no longer in service. To satisfy your courosity, I guess I'm not a real chef. It just makes perfect Hollandaise, Bearnaise, etc. everytime and I always have felt confident using it! I may be a tad lazy also!
