Re. English Spinach
Misc.We use this term to differentiate between this & silverbeet as a lot of people
refer to this as spinach too. I've just checked a set of American cookbooks I
have & in a photo of greens I can't see any silverbeet so I think it would be
safe to assume we are talking about the same sort of spinach.
