re: Fish sauce

Hi Marilyn - I'd be amazed if anyone has an actual "make-at-home" recipe for fish sauce here, but you never know! Fish sauce is made from the "juice" of salted fish and shrimp, which is fermented for a long time.

It's just so easy to buy a bottle of it at the grocery store, especially since it's so cheap. I'm curious why you want to make it yourself!!! Please let us know!
