Recipe: Stir Fried Broccoli or Sugar Snap Peas (using soy sauce, ginger and sesame seed)

"This tasty sauce is good with any combination of vegetables."
1 tablespoon Mazola Corn Oil
1 pound (8 cups) broccoli florets (or 1 pound, 6 ounces (8 cups) sugar snap peas)
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Durkee Sesame Seed
1 teaspoon Durkee Minced Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Durkee Ground Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Durkee Crushed Red Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Durkee Ground White Pepper
Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat and add broccoli. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium.
Combine water, soy sauce and seasonings in a small bowl; add to broccoli. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender.
Makes 6 servings
