re: Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

These flourless peanut butter cookies are THE BEST and SO EZ. I had this recipe & just made them last night for my dh's lunch and he couldn't wait to have one when he came home. Try using a small (1 Tbsp.) ice cream scoop to put them onto the cookie sheet then flatten them....it makes them even easier!
