Recipe(tried): Gina, I made lasagnas yesterday

Misc.
Which recipe do you use for your lasagna? I do it from my head and it never comes out the same, but always good. I have some friends who don't cook and always buy dinners from me. Yesterday when I was making a few lasagnas I discovered I was out of frozen spinach but I had some (lots) of leftover creamed spinach I had made the day before. So I mixed the creamed spinach with Ricotta and used that combo. It was delicious!

Our oak trees are leafing so it seems the front porch needs sweeping twice daily. My tomatoes are budding and I already harvested some lettuce this spring. I hope we don't have another freeze. Usually we can tell from the buds on the pecan trees but we lost all of our early budders in Katrina. Penny
