I WOULD PREPARE ONE OR TWO AND FREEZE OVERNIGHT, LET THEM THAW AND CHECK THE TEXTURE TO SEE IF IT IS MUSHY. SOMEHOW I WOULD THINK THEY WOULD BE MUSHY.
