SPINACH-CHEESE BREAD
3 cups Bisquick
1 (11 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
3 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Mix all ingredients except spinach until well blended. Beat 1 minute; stir in spinach until well blended. Pour into pan.
Bake 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 mm.; remove from pan.
Makes 1 loaf
