re: Gourmet Fried Green Tomatoes

Hi David,
Love your recipe. I've got three green tomatoes in
my garden about the size of a dime Willl have to wait a
little while before I can try your recipe.
My mother-in-law use to put brown sugar on her fried
tomatoes. Wish I had of paid more attention.
Do you know of a recipe like this?
