Re: Help!! Mung bean question

Misc.
Mung beans are small green beans, about 1/4 inch or smaller.
They are the bean traditionally used to make bean sprouts.

Adzuki beans might be a good subsitute, they are a small red beand even smaller then the mung beans. This info will probibly not do you much good as they are harder to find then the mung beans.

A health food store or an Asian grocery would be where I would look.
