Re: Irish Bacon

Hi John!

My understanding that Irish bacon is much like back bacon in America, and I guess it is most similar to our Canadian bacon, however not quite the same. At least Canadian bacon was metioned as a possible substitue for Irish bacon in a recipe I have for a traditional Irish breakfast.

It also said what we typically use as bacon in America is referred to as "streaky bacon" in Ireland.
