Thanks again, I will look for the cookbook. I got the breadmachine for x-mas and it only came with a few recipes-any other suggested cookbooks? Also, I am still not totally sure of the name of the desert, but It has a very sticky consistancy, It would fall apart if picked up. We used to eat it by hand in college when my grandma would send it in the mail wrapped in wax paper...sigh...
