Request: Apple Cutchin, ketchum, cutchun?

Misc.
My Grandmother used to make something she called apple cutchum or something like that. It had cinn, apples, brown sugar crust, and a layer of white stuff that was like cream cheese or sour cream. She's 85 now and can't even remember making it. Can anyone help me?
