Re: Kirby cucumber seeds

Hi Mary... A Kirby cucumber is also a name for PICKLING cucumbers; which would have small seeds and thinner skins.

I did a bit of research and see that stokeseeds.com has a nice variety of pickling cucumbers. I had purchased some from a Mennonite produce stand, here in Ohio, named Eureka and they made an excellent kosher pickle.
