ITALIAN PULL APARTS
1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed but cold
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Coat a 8x3x3-inch pan with non-stick spray
Cut loaf of dough into 12 slices; cut each slice into four pieces.
In a medium-size bowl, mix egg, butter, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Add a few pieces of dough at a time, coating all sides; remove pieces with a slotted spoon and place in prepared pan. Continue until all pieces are coated. Pour rest of egg mixture over dough pieces.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
