I saw that show also, but, for whatever reason, the recipe is not posted on the Food Network. I think that the salad was a Lobster Cobb Salad that Ina Garten made into wraps. The only Lobster Cobb salad that is posted is from Wolfgang Puck. I must say that it sounded like a wonderful recipe - one that I thought I might like to try next summer so I, too, looked for the recipe.
