Re: Looking for Tuna Noodle Cassarole

Sandy, As a variation to the recipe already posted, I like to vary the types of noodles I put in tuna casserole. The tomato and spinach pastas are good, and the different shaped pastas make an interesting change. I'll mix in shell, small lasagna noodles, etc. (Watch varied boiling times, if necessary). Also, a "killer" topping is to substitute crumbled potato chips for the bread crumbs. Finally, I like bok choy in my casseroles. I soften it with the onions. Have fun.
