re: marmalade failure

I have had the same problem, even after trying to salvage some with Certo. I think the humidity makes a difference. Try is when the AC has been on a few days, or in the winter when the heat is on and it is dry. I have success using "failed" cal. marmalade as a pork marinade. Good
