re: Matzoh Ball Soup

Hi pmf in PA... am taking my hubby to the dentist in a bit, so I can't do the search for you. However, do you remember the original source of your recipe? I have a Jewish recipe book and a large folder with soup recipes. Will try to get busy and search for the recipe. Do you add a bit of club soda to the matzoh balls? It makes them lighter and 'fluffier'. Good luck with your search, in case others post the reply before I do.
