Recipe: Bumsteads (baked sandwiches using shrimp, hard boiled eggs, cheese)

Sandwiches
BUMSTEADS

1/4 lb. American cheese, cubed
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 can small shrimp, drained
2 tbsp. chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped stuffed green olives
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Hot dog buns, unsliced

Mix all ingredients except mayonnaise and rolls. Add mayonnaise.

Scoop out some bread in buns and fill with mixture. Wrap each bun individually in foil. Put on cookie sheet.

Bake at 250 degrees F for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese melted.
