re: McCall/s Beef Wellington

Hi LaDonna!

I looked through my whole McCall's collection of cookbooks and recipe cards and here are the Beef Wellington recipes I have (I think I may have mentioned these to you before):

From the McCall's Cookbook - 1973 edition there is a Beef Wellington recipe in it but it truffles and a truffle sauce and uses brioche dough.

From McCall's Cookery magazine #1 - 1983 there is a Beef Wellington recipe using pate and puff pastry.

If either of these are the one you're looking for let me know and I'll post it.
