re: More on Chipped Ham

Misc.
This is purchased and shaved at the deli counter. What it is, is a cheap sub for real ham. At least it used to be cheap! Could be called chopped ham, spiced ham, something on that order, comes in a square loaf. It is a formed ham product. It is hard to find outside of western PA.
