Recipe(tried): A Something Different Sandwich

Sandwiches
Recipe from 1964! Was very popular in this area then.
Makes 24 sandwiches.

1-1/2 lb. chipped ham (Isaly's!)
1 onion
6 hard boiled eggs
1 12-oz. jar (Heinz!) chili sauce
1 small jar stuffed green olives
1 pkg. American cheese slices
4 heaping Tablespoons mayo
salt and pepper to taste, remembering the olives will be salty when heated
24 hot dog buns

In large bowl, dice onion, chop olives, chop hardboiled eggs. Add chipped ham. Chop the cheese and add. Add chili sauce and mayo. Season to taste and then stuff into sliced buns. Wrap completely in foil and bake at 375 for 20-35 minutes.

Serve for lunch, snacks, card club, anytime! Can be frozen too.
