Hi Brenda,

I think they should freeze well Brenda but unless someone else has made them and tried it the best way to find out is to make a batch and freeze a few as an experiment. I would cool them completely first then wrap them individually before freezing. You can try freezing a couple before wrapping to see if there's any difference. If not, it would be handy to be able to freeze many on a cookie sheet then pop them into bags in the freezer. Let us know if you try it!
