Could not freeze this but could make a little ahead. I think individual meringues are hard to beat. You can make them in any shape you can pipe out with a pastry bag and fill as desired. Fruit fruit and berries are always great, as is lemon curd, moussee or just about anything you want. Cream Puffs fall almost into the same group here and would be good with chicken salad, etc .Presentation with either of these is so great that I would think you could really wow them.
