I am from Singapore, and there is a dish called Singapore Rice Noodle. I hope
that is what you are referring. The noodle is very thin - it is made out of
rice. You can get this in the Chinese Grocery Store - very cheap about 69 to
99 cent a pack. I don't it is mung bean noodle because mung bean noodle is
transparent when you cook it - we usually uses it with soup and tofu. I hope
