re: Osrow X1000 Pasta Maker contact info

Hi Susan,

I have the same pasta maker - and about 8 - 10 years ago my instruction manual was lost (I'd loaned the machine to a couple of my grown children ... ah me!) and, like you, I found the company was out of business.

This was BEFORE I was on the internet so I was checking at our local library - and a gal in the reference dept said she'd do a lot of checking for me. Within a week she had a name/number/address for me of the company that bought them out. And I was able to get a new manual.

Now - as to whether or not THAT company is still in business ... I can't say. But here is the info.
