re: peanut butter pork

sounds liek satay to me. but peanut butter is not used in the marinade. if it's ever used, it's in the dipping sauce. (however, if you are really looking for "satay", the peanut butter will be the substitue. the original ones are made with roasted pounded peanut instead.)
