Recipe: Indonesian Pork Roast

INDONESIAN PORK ROAST

2 lb. boneless lean pork loin
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. ground coriander
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic, peeled and
crushed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Make a paste of peanut butter and the other ingredients
listed. Rub well over the pork, marinate 1 to 2 hours. Place
meat in roasting pan with a little oil. Roast in medium oven
(350 degrees) until done (use a meat thermometer to make sure it is
cooked to proper temperature for pork.
