re: Penang Prawn Mee

If it's too much trouble, go have it in a restaurant. There is a Malaysian Restaurant in Houston that served such dishes. I don't own the restaurant and I am not advertising. This is just a suggestion. I have not been there personally but most of my friends have. I have mixed review from them, so I would suggest to try the restaurant out if you don't have time to cook.

Moreover, to make Mee Yoke, you are better off cooking a big pot of soup...no point making a small amount. No worth the time. If you need tester call me :)
