ISO: Would you know how to make Pan Mee from Malaysia?

I have lived in Malayisa for quite awhile and loved a dish called "Pan Mee". Does anyone have any clue how to make this wonderful dish. Its top off with fried "Ikan Bilis" (anchovies). Pan Mee is soup based with fresh noodles and some weird green leaves. I could only find this dish in KL...close to the KL Tower...I think it's behind Arab Malaysia building.
