that's really funny to read your reply. and i agree with you about the trouble that one has to go through to make a pot of these great tasting noodles. i'd opt for the restaurant myself. i am going to pass on the restaurant details to my sister who lives in houston. she will just love trying it out. thanks.

and if you ever come to malaysia, i will bring you to try the best prawn mee. but then again, you may know a better place than me. lol.
