re: Pickled Cabbage and Banana Peppers

Misc.
Hi Valerie, Did not check recipe requests last evening, when I got home from work. I will locate that peppers ring binder and post the recipe later today. It's only 6:00 a.m. here in Ohio and my peepers are not quite functioning. My husband's sister-in-law (German) made a recipe very similar using tiny sweet red peppers and stuffing the cabbage into them with tweezers. I tried those one year, but my old hands are not made for such tiny tasks. When I do post the recipe, if you have any questions, feel free to have me clarify any instructions. Regards, LaDonna
