MEATY SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 packet spaghetti sauce mix
2 cans (8 oz each) tomato puree (2 cups)
1 1/2 pounds uncooked spaghetti
1 quart water
1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
In large skillet, brown the meat; drain.
Add seasoned salt and spaghetti sauce mix; stir thoroughly. Add tomato puree and water; stir. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until almost tender; drain.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add cooked spaghetti to rectangular baking dish. Pour sauce evenly over top of spaghetti; toss to mix. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of spaghetti.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
