re: Real chinese donut recipe

If you are still interested in the chinese donut recipe please let me know. I have an authentic recipe that should work for you. Goto a neighberhood pharmacy not a longs or walgreens but a mom and pop one and get ammonium carbonate (Baker's Ammonia) and alum these are the 2 items needed to make it right.
