I must have mistaken

I must have been mistaken. All I know in the States, usually the Chinese restaurant buffet line, they have the doughnuts...and it made from country biscuits. A few of my frinds own chinese restuarant, and all of them uses the biscuit dough. Cindi, please clarify.
