PICKLED GIZZARDS

1 lb. gizzards
1 pt. vinegar (apple cider)
pickling spices
sugar (to your taste, about
1 c.)

Boil gizzards separate. Let cool and slice. Boil
vinegar and sugar with 1 pint of water with pickling spices.
Let cool. Add gizzards to vinegar mix. Under no circumstances
boil gizzards in vinegar, they will be tough.
