Recipe(tried): Twice Baked Potatoes - Variations

Betsy, Thank you so very much. It was the eggs, that made it different. I use to make several potatoes and make variations. Broccoli and Cheese, Sour Cream and Chives, and one very loaded, I would adjust the whipping cream as needed. I would freeze, and then take out as need.

Thank you again, I know what I am doing tomorrow.
