Re: Request: is there a 2nd rise for bread machine dough using the dough setting

Misc.
Does your dough rise well the first time in the bread machine? Are you putting your covered dough in a draft free room ? What I do is put my oven on warm for 2 minutes and then turn off the oven and put in my shaped dough, that is covered with a lightweight dishcloth and let it rise for about 30-35 minutes. Good luck!
