Misc.I cannot 100% say they are safe since you didn't process them. Processing not only creates a true vacuum seal, but will destroy bacterias.
Personally, I won't take a chance with foods not properly processed. It is possible that you may have bacteria growing in the jars. If it were botulism, you cannot see, taste, or smell it.
