Hearty soup with a robust taste that will knock your socks off. That's right. If you're looking for chunky, fattening no-holds- barred flavorful soup chock-full of ingredients, then the way to go is Signature Soups.

Safeway Inc.'s line is right on, offering exquisite selections such as fajita chicken & toasted corn chowder, Tuscan tomato and basil bisque, spicy kung pao chicken and baked potato soup with bacon.

The hearty soups are stocked with mounds of meat, vegetables and seasonings. Serve them with bread and a small salad, and you have the perfect lunch or dinner for two.

The fajita chicken & toasted corn chowder popped with flavor and zest. Grilled slices of chicken breast, whole kernels of corn, Wehani rice, roasted green chiles, red peppers, jalapenos and a hint of lime juice offered a fiesta of flavors.

The soups are fresh, not frozen, made from real stock, naturally seasoned and containing no MSG, artificial preservatives, colors or flavor enhancers. Now that's a mouthful and so are Safeway's Signature Soups.
