I made this (Creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce like Taco Bell), but it was missing the sugar. I added at least an additional tablespoon. I also added a sprinkle of coriander, paprika, & onion salt. I went heavy on the cilantro, possibly an additional tablespoon on that, too. After, I blended with an immersion blender & I found this was exactly as I remembered.
