Re: Silent friend's mushrooms

Misc.
Kachina, welcome to the bulletin boards.
My recipes are about as simple as you can get.
This is the mushroom recipe my husband loves.

Fresh white mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
beef bouillon dissolved in water
1-2 Tbsp butter
chopped green onions for garnish.

In saucepan melt the butter. Add the mushrooms. Prepare bouillon and water according to pkg directions. Pour over mushrooms to cover. Bring to slow simmer, and cook til half the liquid is left. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with onion. Serve.
