Recipe: Honey-Nut Butter (blender or food processor, using pecans)

Toppings - Assorted
HONEY-NUT BUTTER

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut in pieces, softened
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup pecans, toasted

In blender or food processor, blend butter, honey and pecans until smooth, occasionally scraping down sides of container if necessary.

Spread may be made ahead. Cover and refrigerate up to one week.

Serve at room temperature.

Makes about 1 cup
