Misc.

Hi Kachina, I am new to the boards also. I am finally starting to get around. This is the way I usually make mushrooms.

I lb. Italian Brown Mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. dry white wine (what ever I am drinking while making dinner :)
1 T. chopped parsley
garlic salt to taste
dash of low sodium soy sauce

Saute all just add parsley toward the end. I love these over steak and potatoes.

Looking forward to sharing with you and the others here! Ginger
