I have a clay standing roaster, a clay roaster, and a stone bowl. I make rottisserie chicken in all and I love them. I buy a rottisserie spice from Sam's Wholesale to put on chicken. I think the stone bowl with a stone placed over does the best job. I don't think I would buy an electric one, now that I have used clay and stone.
